If I'm not searching my spice cabby,I'm raiding my fridge. I find all the best mask ingredients right at home. It's cost effecient && most importantly, I know exactly what's going into my skin. You know the saying "If you can't eat it, dont't put it on your body." With that being said, ingredients from your fridge are perfectly safe.
So I always start with a base. Your base can be for example: yogurt, banana, honey or avocado. After I choose my base, I add my essentials or herbs. You can use tea or spices like chamomile or peppermint. Fresh crushed fruit or oats. You can add oils like almond oil for moisture.
You won't believe the different masks you can make at home. My favorite is an avocado base mask. Especially when I feel dry. It adds so much moisture.
All you need is :
1/2 of an avocado
1/3 of a banana
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Mix avocado until smooth
2. Add banana, mix until smooth
3. Add lemon juice
Violaaaa.... Simple, yet beneficial.
Nourishes && Repairs
Protects && Fights germs
Gently Exfoliates && Brightens
Amazing!! Try it.
